Day 5

Monday June 8, 1998

The group split up this morning, some off to teach Bible School for the week, while others set off to begin painting the church and water sealing the hogan. Many were wishing they had soaked in OFF! as they began a never-ending battle with the sand fleas of Tohatchi. (See Joe's leg below)

Joe's no-seeum bitten leg!!!

That evening the group relaxed by watching Air Force One before Joe's infamous "quiet time"(10:00 p.m.).
